Gandolfo’s a neighborhood pizzeria with a lot of the staples of Italian cuisine, served in generous portions at decent prices. No fanciness or pretentious attitudes here, just good pizza, good pasta, a good selection of entrees, good soups and sandwiches, good salads and sides, and a few good deserts. My sister recommended Gandolfo for Italian food and, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. From the appetizers to the entree. I had the garden salad, fried calamari which was fried to perfection, light & crispy. For my entree I had the meatballs & spaghetti parm. It was delicious and the portion was plentiful. Great service and a friendly staff. Whenever I am in the North Bergen NJ area, I will visit Gandolfo again.

BEST LOCAL PIZZA IN HUDSON COUNTY!!! This is my go-to spot. Pepperoni slice is my favorite, paired with garlic twist and some mozzarella sticks, hands down one of my favorite meals. Penne vodka and their chicken soup are also top-notch. All around awesome spot. I've been going here for 25 years.

The quality of their food is very consistent! Their linguine with red clam sauce is what I use to judge similar dishes from other restaurants. Oh, and their pizza is very good also.
